@alexmeshkin Hmm… if worried about norovirus, I have better ideas: -If you have GI symptoms with certain foods or drinks, minimize these. -Ensure sufficient Vitamin D for T cell support. -Don’t consume a lot of sugar and processed meat. These can cause inflammation (including in the gut).
@alexmeshkin Also, make sure you are drinking a reasonable amount of plain water every day. This will help you absorb nutrients from food that help the immune system, as well as clear out potential irritants to the GI tract.
