Make sure you all eat feces frequently to keep from getting Norovirus immunity debt. This should be official CDC guidance for anyone planning to take a cruise. That's the 2022 science after all.
@alexmeshkin Hmm… if worried about norovirus, I have better ideas: -If you have GI symptoms with certain foods or drinks, minimize these. -Ensure sufficient Vitamin D for T cell support. -Don’t consume a lot of sugar and processed meat. These can cause inflammation (including in the gut).
@alexmeshkin I had Norovirus once and I shit so hard my dick hurt. I do not recommend.
@alexmeshkin Isn’t that an essential part of the cruise experience?
@alexmeshkin The comparison isn't even close to the argument being made for rsv. People aren't routinely exposed to norovirus nor should we anticipate that the gain in immunity for next year from this year's infection would be any benefit to you.
@alexmeshkin @ChristosArgyrop Well, the world is practically covered in a fine layer of feces, so you’re probably exposed to these bugs more than you think…
@alexmeshkin ....this here is how DNA heals itself, it has a memory, it remembers its' shape... get ill to not get ill... immunity debt theory in most cases is connected to nature.. x.com/techamazing/st…
