Nation-building is a herculean mission that can't just be accomplished with circumlocutory rhetoric intended for political gain. It's possible only from a passionate leader and someone who is ardently mad and a legendary statesman. Regretfully, this is still absent.
Effective leadership is a dynamic fusion of motivation, empowerment, open communication, and clear direction. A competent leader empowers team member's unique skills to accomplish a common goal and is pivotal in overcoming obstacles, fostering creativity, and cultivating trust.
A nation’s prosperity and stability are greatly dependent on the professionalism and integrity of its institutions. The impartiality and fairness of decision-making are compromised when prominent government agencies are affected by political interests and prejudices.
Bold policy reforms and structural refinements are mandatory to combat economic slowdown. Economic activities could be accelerated after identifying recessionary variables , by ensuring gap adjustments and then through targeted interventions of spending tools and revenue tools.
Embracing e-learning digital platforms and leveraging Artificial Intelligence in public schools could lead to a shift from a traditional to a technology-driven education system that could open access to universal knowledge to prepare competent citizens for the future.
A binding accord is needed to combat climate change for promises don’t remain as forgotten commitments. Polluters Pay should be principally agreed upon during the next COP as giving access to funds should not merely be a sense of help but just and ethical for the global welfare.
Due to our divergent and unique climatic conditions, Nepalese banks are vulnerable to increasingly higher physical and transitional risks. Cheaper funding support to the banks is crucial, particularly from resourceful multilateral organizations.
We are poor merely because of not keeping science and technology at the forefront of the Economy. Let’s not always be the acquirer of technology and pay our hard-earned money to others. Need to embark on the journey of strengthening our institutions for research and innovation.
First world had experienced numerous economic and industrial revolutions that propelled to prosperity and growth. In contrast, we had primarily undergone through only political revolutions. It’s time to shift our discourses from political to economic.
The primary distinction between a rich and a poor nation is simply that the former is the seller of science and the innovator of technology, while the latter enjoys the opportunity to access innovative products and services.
Infrastructure development, effective governance, and strategically sound economic policies are fundamental for a country's economic growth and progress. However, the meritocracy is key to success in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of these endeavors.
