@British_Airways The staff could have been more helpful. Visa has come through, and we're now being assisted by a team member. The @eCitizenKenya technical issue will be an ongoing issue as there is clearly a glitch, and support lines are not staffed. Multiple passengers missed their flight.

@eCitizenKenya @British_Airways were no help at all and ripping up boarding passes at check-in. No empathy to this clear technical issue caused by @eCitizenKenya even when showed a valid visa reference.

@SainaIshmael @eCitizenKenya Seems to be only pushing OTP every hour, at 30 & 31 minute past and this is showing as invalid as it’s expiring. People are missing flights as paperless is the norm. ~3% of passengers missed their @British_Airways flight to Nairobi today. If you’re flying soon, print your pass!

@eCitizenKenya @British_Airways appalling service. @eCitizenKenya glitchy website made my family miss their flight. Email 2FA are only coming through once every hour meaning users can’t download their QR code. This needs to be fixed urgently!
