@SixtUK I hired a vehicle last week, took 2 hrs to collect. Returned vehicle, still no contact from yourselves to confirm completion of rental. Nor have I had my deposit back. As a platinum member this is unacceptable. No phone lines are working, cannot contact anyone. What’s up?
