Game 4 is just honestly a brutal watch and it's totally because of the way the series has been officiated for the first three games. Now that they've allowed crazy contact everywhere, neither team knows where the line is and officials are having to make adjustments on the fly.

This apartment is rent stabilized at $985 a month in Flatbush. Because of a 2019 law that Mamdani supports, they can't raise rents after bringing this apartment up to code so they can't afford to/are going bankrupt. This is the consequence of the very policies the Mayor supports

The NYT is a political propaganda machine, selling anger to unhealthy people, more than anything approaching real journalism at this point. Which is a shame, because real journalism can actually be quite valuable. Luckily, I don't know anyone who takes them seriously at this point (other than a few people over 60 on the east coast). Dealbook seems to have a different culture somehow (credit to @andrewrsorkin). One of the best gifts you can give your friends and family this holiday season is to unsubscribe from the NYT. 🎄
