Wherever you live, try to create a happy community. I pray that every human being, indeed every sentient being, should be happy. So, if you come across individuals facing problems, help them. Share their problems and try to bring them peace of mind.
Like anything else, life has a beginning and in due course must end. In between those two events the important goal should be to live meaningfully, not to create trouble for others. If we can do that, when the end comes, we can go feeling at peace.
Ask children whether they prefer smiling faces or stern ones. Obviously, the way to bring about harmony and friendship is to smile. We need to cultivate such childlike attributes that are the basis of human values and remember that we are the same and have to live together.
Floating while menstruating: anybody doing it? I’ve heard that even with a tampon, the string will get eaten up by the high epsom salt content in the tank. I’ve also heard that some people are just grossed out by the idea of periods and bleeding, leading to the no floating rule

Set my own float up in an oasis tank last night. Entered the tank with a sound bath playing in the background. Gave it a thought that I may have not turned off the routinely timed cleaning cycle, but used the classic #beherwnow tactic and said I’ll face it when the time comes
About 40 minutes into my #float, the cleaners went off. I would have expected myself to be at least mildly disturbed, but I felt great. The little things lose their power after a consistent floating practice has been attained. #sensorydeprivation #meditation
