Your core is the powerhouse of the body. It protects the spine and increases your strength + power while stabilizing your entire body. Unfortunately, in most people they're weak due to long periods of sitting. Let's fix that. Here are 4 exercises to build a strong core:
Bird Dogs This exercise improves core stability & strengthens the front + back side of your core & glutes. It also improves balance while strengthening the lower back, preventing injury. The key is to do these slow & controlled as shown in the video.
