@maturishstudnt Girl more power to you!! Cancelled my mcat for this month and decided to wait until next years application cycle, between working full time and finishing school all during a pandemic I knew realistically if I tried to take the mcat and apply this year too I would have burned out.

To anyone who says we should get a different job if this is how we feel I hope you all realize how fast hospitals would literally shut down if all the nurses, techs and support staff just up and decided to leave because this is how we’re ALL feeling right now.

My mom broke down today. There were over 80 patients in the ER last night, understaffed, and today she had to hear family tell her COVID isn’t real and that feeling burnout makes you a terrible nurse. She just kept crying and said there’s no help to be seen

@FlossFairy_ @TravisGibsonDMD That actually makes me so happy to hear! Headgear was a very embarrassing time in my life and even tho I can look back and joke about it now, i only had to wear it at night, I can’t imagine how hard that was on ones self esteem to have to wear it in the day too🥴
