@HansAmato I tried semi skimmed milk 2L a day and got basically leaky gut from it. Brain fog, joint paint, endlessly tired. After stopping the milk all symptoms ceased within a week or so. My conclusion is that at least some milk must be containing problematic proteins or something

@thomaseisenhuth BTC hat keinen Gegenwert. Es ist nicht das Bitcoin System dass der Erfinder uns versprach, bei welchem man übrigens den Grundwert leicht berechnen kann: Ersparnis gegenüber existierenden Systemen wie zB Visa (was nicht günstig ist, daher sind große Ersparnisse möglich).

@arny_dm I've been doing water, sometimes an egg. Yes an egg, wasn't my idea but seems to bind dirt reasonably well. Might try baking soda and apple cider vinegar as well then. Hair was extremely greasy for like 4 weeks then became fine

@aktienmessie Du hast Recht, BTC ist greater fool. Was ist nur mit den Aussagen des Erfinders passiert? Er sagte es könnte um ein vielfaches günstiger sein als Visa. Dann kann man plötzlich auch berechnen wie viel Geld man an Gebühren sparen könnte und damit würde etwas Wert gerechtfertigt.
