@RoyalMailHelp I paid for, and got proof of postage for a parcel but it arrived with no stamps on it and the recipient had to pay for postage as well as a ‘fine’ I had to reimburse them myself. How can I claim this back as I have proof of the original paid postage.

This comes after I initially made a claim that was accepted. When you attempted to transfer you told me there was a technical error, cancelled the claim and made me resubmit! Adding over a month to get to where I am now! I can’t afford to wait longer

@easyJet after speaking on your live chat I’ve been told to wait longer for my expenses claim of over £1000! It’s day 29 and it says I will hear within 28 days. The next advice was to make a complain via an online form! HELP @MartinSLewis @SimonCalder

@British_Airways can you please advie me how I get a refund for a flight YOU cancelled. We all have added pressure on us at the moment, but waiting on the phone to then be continually disconnected is just not helpful!
