@vxunderground It's wild that they have absolutely no idea what a VPN is. I guess we can always blame the VPN companies and their dumbass advertising. Isolated networks can't be banned, otherwise the internet wouldn't function. Data centres themselves have their own networks, it is baffling

I love collecting books like these from pre 2000s just to see what information was around. This one is a book called "One day for life" printed in 1987, showing off a day in Britian. Put together by former, Duchess of York, Sarah to raise money for cancer charities

@HaruhiismOtaku For UK context, you leave highschool/secondary school at 16 - and "college" you go to between 16-18 for 2 years usually (then you can choose to go to university) To clear up any language. Hence, from context - I knew they were 16 because they were talking about going to college

@HaruhiismOtaku I was at local stationary store for a new notebook and there were 2 girls (16yo) talking about getting into UK college, and they were openly talking about a friend (girl) who is going to a different college, but she's having.. relationships with a 40 yo - it was wild to overhear
