I’m listening to @CNN interview with these people who claim they have standing to sue over the abortion pill. @kaitlancollins is doing a good job pushing back but I want these people to explain why they couldn’t get ONE SINGLE WOMAN who took mifepristone to sue the drug makers.
I mean, I could find people coming out of the hills to sue the Sackler family over OxyContin… but you can’t find ONE (formerly) pregnant person to sue the FDA? Maybe it’s because your argument against the drug is based on lies and junk science???
@ElieNYC @Megawatts55 Why did the court agree to TAKE the case given that they don’t have standing?
@ElieNYC They are wasting so much time. But you can’t get them to take this time, enthusiasm & money to help underprivileged and ACTUALLY LIVING children that need love and food and homes. Oh no…..
@ElieNYC And don't forget Josh Hawley 's wifey Erin
@ElieNYC Also, if Dr’s are traumatized by treating women who have problems after taking mifepristone, then maybe they’ll also be traumatized by treating people with gunshot wounds - and therefore they should outlaw guns too?
@ElieNYC Do you know how long it takes to contact everyone in Plato’s World of the Intelligibles?
@ElieNYC They will round one up when they lose this one
@ElieNYC 2dentists? Doubt anyone would try to get it from one of them!
@ElieNYC Their "supporting research" was retracted by the publisher (Sage).
@ElieNYC Also, why don’t these broad standing arguments apply to the victims of data breaches? There are millions of them but the courts continue to deny them standing.
@ElieNYC They’re not listening to you :(
