I’m listening to @CNN interview with these people who claim they have standing to sue over the abortion pill. @kaitlancollins is doing a good job pushing back but I want these people to explain why they couldn’t get ONE SINGLE WOMAN who took mifepristone to sue the drug makers.
I mean, I could find people coming out of the hills to sue the Sackler family over OxyContin… but you can’t find ONE (formerly) pregnant person to sue the FDA? Maybe it’s because your argument against the drug is based on lies and junk science???
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins How is it that innocent people have died on death row, never getting their cases heard before higher courts and yet this supreme court somehow regularly hears cases with hypothetical harm as the basis of argument?
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins Nope shirt here 💙⚖️👇👇 viralstyle.com/FirstSty/Bcdseu
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins A woman who voluntarily takes that drug should sue the drug makers. That feels like it would be illogical and weird.
@ElieNYC @Terri4change @CNN @kaitlancollins You were right yesterday in Ari. There is no legal standing in this case and everyone knows it. Just an opportunity for Hawleys wife to get some cred. . And from what I heard they gave her the questions ahead of time.
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins ^this x1000000000 Or… any doctor to write a clear & succinct declaration. 🙄
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins Hawley wife is a liar under oath
@ElieNYC @CNN @kaitlancollins If SCOTUS goes along and says those drugs need to be banned because some docs might have to treat those that took them, can a similar group of docs sue to end access to guns using the same logic?
@ElieNYC @CaKunzie @CNN @kaitlancollins Maybe they should have looked for the woman to whom @JasonMillerinDC gave the abortion smoothie without her knowledge or consent.
@ElieNYC @MalcolmNance @CNN @kaitlancollins Well, even if they found someone, the logical remedy for her would be monetary damages, not the overturning of the FDA’s approval, which was their sole goal all along.
