what’s crazy is they can still milk it in live they just suck is all 😂 they don’t want real order fills. they don’t want a real account that they can pull real money out of. they wanna be able to hit the reset button when the Yolo fails. they would rather rinse their affiliate codes and make their money from Sim payouts funded by the same traders that they’re shilling their codes to 🤭 But the community not ready for that conversation.

If your prop firm payouts exceed your spend, you're probably getting moved to live. Stop crying. This is the new norm. The golden age of milking props is done.

So many posts of prop traders complaining about being moved LIVE too quick or "just before a payout".. and I completely understand them. This wasn't a thing before. Past few months, every firms are moving traders live WAY FASTER then before. The next step now is, since Live onboarding is a lot more prevalent, it needs to improve a lot. Props should give the option for multiple brokers (yes not just platforms) AND platforms, with seemless and super quick onboarding. We can't have the whole industry binded to Ninjatrader, even tho I like them a lot. The 1st prop who manages to do that will reach a huge milestone and set a new standard. I also think that traders should have the option for multiple Live plans once they get there, a little bit like when you pass a select eval with Tradeify and then you can choose Daily payouts or Consistency. Also, is there a market for spefific plans at the sim stage that offer the guarantee of not being moved live before X amounts of payouts no matter what? 🤔

I thought this was a joke. Meta now has made 30-50% of software engineers on core teams become data labelers. Their job is "giving human feedback on AI-generated Github repos" in an org called Agent Data Optimization. Maybe we are all training data generators after all.

Year 2 as a landlord of a rental property in the USA. I fucking hate it. Paid 550k cash. Fees are idiotic. Constantly something broken. Making 1-2% yearly max from rentals. Price didn't move so far. Sure it will at some point but I don't think I will make more than 100% in a decade. For me as a trader who can make 50-100% yearly on my account, this is the worst investment. I will dump that damn place soon and never again.

Double payout caps… for traders who never get to use them 😂 He was eligible for ~$20k. Topstep “promoted” him to live with an $8k account, a DLL, and profits he can’t withdraw. That’s not moving up. That’s moving liability off the books.

Topstep sent me to live after just one payout! I was eligible for a 5x $4000 payout (20k), but they sent me to live before I could request it. I was going to use it to pay my college tuition but instead got slapped in the face with a 8k live account. WTF @MichaelPatak @Topstep

A secret society of the world’s elites co-founded by spyware billionaire Peter Thiel has been exposed by hacktivists. Dialog is a private, invitation-only network, co-founded in 2006 by Palantir chairman Thiel and data entrepreneur Auren Hoffman. The organisation holds off-the-record summits for powerful figures from the worlds of politics, finance, military, celebrity and tech. Frequently compared to the Bilderberg Group and World Economic Forum, Dialog has spent two decades refusing to disclose the identity of its members and has a private website. However, a directory in the website’s code was revealed by Swiss hacktivist maia arson crimew, who previously leaked the US government’s no-fly list and hacked surveillance-camera company Verkada, WIRED reported. The directory included “participant profiles” for those planning to attend the group’s summits, featuring contact information, facts about themselves - and even if they were “looking for love” at Dialog events. Profiles included Texas senator Ted Cruz, US treasury secretary Scott Bessent, chief economist at Israel’s finance ministry of Shmuel Abramzon, and a number of Google and Google DeepMind execs. Other names from the world of entertainment include Hollywood actors Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Josh Brolin, podcast host and author Sam Harris, and tech entrepreneur and longevity obsessive Bryan Johnson, Straight Arrow News reported. In many cases it isn’t known if those named are full members, conference participants or merely guests of the organisation. WIRED reported that a separate source revealed details of an upcoming Dialog retreat at a venue outside Dublin, Ireland. The retreat, due to be held 12-16 August this year, is set to host NATO’s top US commander Alexus Grynkewich, as well as multiple officials from the Trump administration, two US senators, a former Middle East chief of intelligence, and a sitting ambassador to the United States. Also present will be six members of the so-called “Paypal Mafia”, and a number of those running the US’s most prominent surveillance and data firms. The conference is set to feature sessions titled “Navigating WWIII”, “Battlefield Technologies”, “Money (Does?) Buy Happiness”, “Bring Back Nuclear” and “Build-a-Cult”, the latter of which will be moderated by the founder of the Christian networking site Pray.com.
