→ Why was the location data only a high-level summary (“on or near campus”) instead of precise tower sector and signal strength records? Was control testing done with other phones on campus to map ping ranges? Was the Google Maps route verified through Tyler’s Google account or detailed logs? • No video of forensic phone extractions. Rear cameras behind Charlie, speakers, and earpiece receiver were never fully turned over for independent analysis — only footage was provided via flash drive. Discovery to the defense was delayed despite early extractions. • Body camera footage stopped as an officer reached the roof with only a vague “battery might have died” explanation.
→ Was the camera charged the night before? Did it start the day full? Was it forensically examined afterward? Did it function again later? • Charlie’s clothing, necklace, and phone received limited independent scrutiny. • Location data only places the phone “on or near” the UVU campus.
→ How can this be if he was allegedly on campus multiple times per the timeline? Does the data actually pin him there even once with precision? Why is there no confirmation he was physically with the phone at the relevant times? • Tyler reportedly spoke to unknown TPUSA representatives according to testimony, but they were never identified or called as witnesses.
→ This is unverified hearsay used to place him on campus, as no other data point definitively pins him there. • There was no verbal admission from Tyler. The only documented statements resembling an admission are the text messages and handwritten note to Lance Twiggs. These are vague and do not contain a direct admission that he killed Charlie Kirk with a gunshot. • There are no sworn statements or testimony from Tyler’s parents or the sheriff entered into the hearing record regarding the surrender. An investigator mentioned that the parents made written statements, but those statements were never shown or entered into evidence.
→ Does the defense have copies of the actual parent statements? Why weren’t they produced and made public if they support the narrative? • There is no footage of Tyler arriving at the police department or of the surrender process.
→ Why wasn’t this footage collected, preserved, and entered into evidence? • Post-event, two companies removed dirt, repaved, and did additional concrete work on the breezeway roof behind Charlie — permanently altering the site acoustics and making independent forensic acoustic analysis of the gunshot impossible.
→ Was the tunnel or chamber under the tent searched and photographed? Were dirt samples taken? Who authorized the site alteration? • The transport ride had no paramedics or medical personnel. Missing bullet fragments were excluded from analysis. DNA was not 100% conclusive and did not definitively place Robinson on the roof at the exact time of the shot. No clear footage exists of the shot itself. Hospital staff was seemingly pre-selected and hospital footage was missing. • Additional issues include the men seen with Robinson’s car — who were they and why did they have it? The vehicle in released footage did not match his car, notably lacking the front license plate holder. • No official forensic acoustic analysis of the videos appears to have been conducted or presented by the prosecution or defense. All public acoustic work has come from independent researchers, some supporting the official narrative and others raising questions about distance and multiple sources. When physical site changes, equipment failures, incomplete forensics, vehicle discrepancies, missing statements, missing footage, and unexamined items stack up this way, public skepticism is rational.

I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot.  I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.

A direct assault on the middle class. Completely unacceptable. The admin has generally been amazing to the middle class but they seem completely off the ball on this. This is an 80/20 win if they want it. Just deny all the visas.
