@OVOEnergy not impressed with your “complete” boiler maintenance package. My 80 year old mother-in-law with Alzheimer’s has now been 24 hours without heat. No sign of an engineer. No ETA. But you billed her for the call-out fee as soon as the call went in. Not great, is it?
