This is not just a violation of her first amendment rights, it is also a felony for the Somali and the judge involved since they also violated the Anti Discrimination Act. There is no such thing as “hate speech” in America. People are allowed to say the most hateful, offensive words in the dictionary without repercussions. The only time a line is drawn is when someone threatens another person or stupidly endangers others like the proverbial yelling “fire!” In a crowded environment. That is when you get into trouble.
