Progress this week: Layed out the whole vision. Here you can see one part of the app navigation. The next question is, what should be part of the MLP: minimum lovable product.
Based on the first feedback from you I will flip my plan for the next few days: wanted to get the first Git import running but I will rather work on the frontend. So that I can show more instead of telling.

Another thing I usually do at the beginning of a project: adding metrics. This way, I have a chance to see when something does not work as expected.

Falling in love with Cloudflare. Compared to AWS Cloudfront the UX is 100% better. Still, I made a very dumb mistake by enabling auto minify and wondering why the integrity hashes of my js and css resources were invalid. 🤔🤪
Will take some time off from my consulting gigs in June to work on a prototype. Until June I want to finish the landing page, so that you actually get a glimpse of what I am working on. Levelling up my css and js skills currently.

I made a mistake in the beginning by picking #nextjs for the website part of DevOps Metrics. Learning: I should better stick with the stuff I know . Using #hugo as static side builder now. Learning #tailwindcss as my new CSS framework is already enough.

Execution matters more than ideas. Same for product development: healthy and highly effective engineering teams are key. You only get as many shots as many iteration cycles you have with your teams, budget and time available.
Don't be scared of people stealing your ideas. Be scared if they aren't.
