@DeanTTraining People need to remember tweets like this when they see you tweeting out whole pizzas you are about to eat. They should...but they probably won't.
@DeanTTraining Was pushing 30 k steps daily and drastically cutting calories. I actually found I became slightly more resistant to fat loss than a smaller deficit. And my sleep went to hell. I guess something with energy availability. Pretty strange anecdotal experience
