@ADEMlG0D False! Drone was the champchamp before Deston, people like to use it as a little carrier buddy. We added drone rooms to support the community that was enjoying the feature.

Gameplay balance: We watch this super closely - anything that tilts the meta is insta-nuked (RIP v1 of Tac Pack). Current strongest Tactical Gear is Drone/EMT in that order. BCD is at the bottom with tacpack.

@Breon We see and evaluate both- lifetime and patch, so we see the big trends, and see how a particular release is going. And we are looking at things like pick up rate, top 10 finish rate, chicken dinner rate. Are people using them situationally? For the whole match? etc.

Gun Stuff: I'm sorry I pushed the MP9 to be too awesome. I was excited to have an SMG be somewhat competitive with ARs, but I can see everyone in the world hates that idea. I still like it dammit.

Where are we going? I still love big maps, I'd like to see Arcade mode get some meat on those bones. Performance increases and bug reduction. Interesting weapons, vehicles, and gear. Weird stuff. Serving our grizzled veterans and our sweet noobs. Always moving forward.

So when we drop a feature, and I clam up, that's us observing you, looking at the data- parsing behavior from sentiment, seeing if the change is making the desired impact, and reading your responses/ideas. I personally appreciate the passion, it means you still love the game.

Why change/add anything? We seek constant improvement to PUBG, and that means change. We don't always get it right, and we value/need your feedback. We're making this game together. It's a ping pong game. We serve you the ball, you guys hit it back.

Region Differences: We are discussing if it's better for PUBG to be the same for everyone in the world, or let it evolve to meet the preferences of fans. BCD and Revive are controversial topics, but not universally.

What's up with Tactical Gear: We are appealing to new players- giving them tools and techniques to experiment with while they learn the gunplay meta. Some of this stuff isn't appealing to everyone, and that's okay. It's a tightrope to make a bigger tent, and satisfy the vets.

Animation Refresh: No gameplay timing differences, but this process did uncover a few legacy bugs that players weren't seeing in the old animations. We are watching out for those/fixing as they pop up, thank you for catching/reporting them!!!

Animation Refresh: WHY? We always want to evolve PUBG- going F2P was not a "sunsetting" move, it was the first step on a new journey. We're constantly trying to move the needle into a "high tension/desperate survival" feeling.
