Depending on which commodity index you choose, we are either at a new secular bull market high or still just below it. Either way, the secular trend is up, which suggests that inflation will remain elevated. The strength in commodities suggests that the TIPS market may be on the cusp of recognizing that it might be a tad complacent.

Se espera que pase del -0.1% al 0.3% 👉El Miércoles se da a conocer la INFLACIÓN PCE. Se espera que se MANTENGA en 0.2% 👉Estos datos de por sí son importantes, pero teniendo en cuenta los POCOS DATOS que tendremos, puede que cobren mucha más relevancia 👀Por ahora las probabilidades de que se RECORTE la tasa son del 71%. 👀Clave tener en cuenta que aún faltan varios días y que la VOLATILIDAD en los futuros de la tasa de interés fue realmente grande la semana pasada (del 27% al 70% en 1 día) 📍Una INFLACIÓN MENOR a la esperada podría ser POSITIVO para #Bitcoin, #cripto y los mercados financieros, ya que es lo que necesita la FED para recortar la tasa 📍La suspensión de los datos en EE.UU es algo MUY inusual y algo típico de un país tercermundista... We’ve officially entered buyback blackout season. Roughly one-third of S&P 500 companies are already restricted from repurchasing shares as of today. That figure will climb rapidly, peaking near 80–85% by mid-October. This matters because buybacks are one of the biggest sources of demand for equities. When the blackout window closes, that bid disappears, right as markets face earnings season, macro risks, and heightened volatility. In other words, the largest buyer of stocks is about to step aside when liquidity is needed most.
