@remarkablepaper love this product, but you need to take a look at your premium stylus. The plastic around the nib is too thin and breaks, meaning frequent replacements are required. They're not cheap to buy, so please make them stronger.

@FedExHelp I feel that you're psychologically torturing me. For the last eight days you've promised to deliver a much wanted package "today between 8:25 and 12:05". Doesn't happen and same occurs the next day. Dealing with your chatbot is simply awful. I'm close to hating you...

@FedExHelp Having driven it around California for two weeks, you're sending my package back to Kansas because it wasn't delivered on time. I struggle to see how a company could demonstrate such incompetence in their core mission (driving stuff to peoples houses) so completely. Well done!

@FedExHelp it's happened again! Seems that your employees are willing to drive it around California every day but not actually take it off a lorry. There's something fundamentally broken with your service here. You appear to have given up on it just like all your colleagues too
