New updates @ClientManager_ this month:
💰 PayPal Integration
Invoices now integrate with PayPal.
Note: Stripe Integration coming soon (we had verification issues, so ETA moved to April)
📧 In-App Emails
Send emails directly from ClientManager. This applies to Proposals, Contracts, Questionnaires, and Invoices.
🗑️ Delete Default Labels/Categories/Tags
You can now delete our default tags and create your own custom tags/labels/categories.
✍️ Custom Variables In Editor
Add custom variables (Client Name, Business, Date) to Proposals & Contracts to speed up document creation.
🎯 Other updates:
• Favourite projects (so your VIP projects are at the top)
• Better filtering for projects & tasks
• Improved notifications for comment mentions
• Improved multi-file uploads
• Added green checkmark to answered questions in questionnaire for better client experience
📅 In April, we’re going live with:
• Client Portal (you’re going to love it - we’re putting a lot of focus into this 🙂)
• New Dashboard with better assigned tasks and overview

👀 Transparency updates:
• Google Calendar Integration - we have a basic version of this setup, and we’ve tried to get verified for more seamless integration, but it’s been weeks of delays. Sorry - we’re looking into this.
• Zoom & Google Meet Integration - we applied various time to get approved, but have been declined and we’re working on it.
• Stripe integration - we got declined to integrate this, but we’re working on it.
🧠 General business updates:
• We’re working longer hours to give a big push over the coming 2 months.
• We have a new team member to make it happen.
• We’re working on more video tutorials.
🤝 A favor to ask:
• We’ll start marketing ClientManager in April to get more users.
