I was asked about my age, ethnicity, gender, employment status, hours worked, student status, physical & mental health health status, transportation, education level, cost of housing & utilities, etc.

@PBC_CLCC_en Unhelpful. I've registered to be given updates on everything but I've none. Says there's a parole hearing in April and it's March 25 today -shouldnt it give a specific date in April by now? Considering a victim has to prepare a statement, book off work & make travel arrangements?

Lemme break it down a little .... Addiction is much more than drugs; people fall into the comfort and familiarity of that lifestyle and everything that comes with it. Ask people who have recovered and you’ll hear the tremendous work that came from finding safety, support and opportunities. If people can't find something to replace their old life and “friends”, then don't expect them to change. I myself didn't know how to live life and I needed someone to walk with me step by step to learn new skills and give me the opportunity to be successful. For anyone saying "just go to treatment and stop using drugs", it's a lot more complex than your simplified approach.

@OCH_LCO They should offer this option when we call in a maintenance order. Alot of people ate not on X (Twitter). This would have really helped me out if I would have known about it earlier. This is tje first and only place im hearing about SMS reminder option. I'm glad your offering it.
