Since they don’t disclose it, in the US, the subscription price for the Loóna app is $59.99/3 mo. ($239.96/year) no refunds, no exemptions. @myloona_app Hope this helps!

Before doing a “free trial” with @myloona_app check out their reviews in Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Better Business Bureau, their Facebook page, or Trust Pilot. Beware! They will scam you.

If you use the @myloona_app on an iPhone be very careful that they charge you through Apple. They try to bill outside of Apple so that there’s no way to dispute whatever they decide to charge you.

@loona_app This add will charge you whatever they want, whenever they want, and then chirp “No refunds!” went it’s brought to their attention. Don’t believe me? Check Apple App Store reviews, their Facebook page, or the Better Business Bureau.

@loona_app @qz You guys overcharged me in December for an annual membership and then overcharged me again for a second time in for an annual membership in March. When I brought this to your attention you said, “No refunds! All sales are final!”

@DivaMeganM This has common with all 5(!) of my children. I used to throw parties, but only one or two kids would show up. We started having an expectation that maybe no one would show. And they had lots of friends! It sucks, but it’s nothing against your daughter.

IHOP Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/ihop/ $11 in fees on top of a $22 order— and no way to cancel? I didn’t approve the tip and fees but the order went through somehow, and the store doesn’t answer their phone. 😡
