It’s only the second day after their launch, and they’ve already started treating users like this. What are people supposed to think about them? They’re doing the same thing as those so-called scammers—when users ask genuine questions, instead of answering or providing a solution, they simply block them. If they’re genuinely building something legitimate, they should at least answer their users and address their concerns. Blocking users on the second day of launch just because they asked genuine questions is definitely not a good look.

I simply posted a message in your Discord and raised a question. Instead of addressing the question or having a discussion, I was simply blocked. Seriously? If users can't question you, can't share their concerns, and can't speak their mind, then who will? This is especially disappointing because your prop firm is only on Day 2. If your support and discussion team is working under your direction, then please guide them properly. Don't let your team follow the same practices that you criticize other prop firms for. I was genuinely considering buying a $50K account from you. But thank you. You helped me see this side of the company before I spent my money. Now I personally won't be buying an account. And I'm thinking about one more thing: If I had already purchased that $50K account and then got blocked for simply asking a question, what would have happened to me? Would I just lose access without even getting an answer? If you really want to build something different, either change this mindset or seriously reconsider how your team is handling users.
