@CaryKelly11 I am a testament to this. Almost all chronic systemic pain is GONE, after eliminating all but 10-20 grams of carbohydrates per day.
@CaryKelly11 This is why I’m trying the way of eating out. I’ve noticed improvement in pain level in 2 weeks
@CaryKelly11 Truth! However, learn to distinguish pain(s) I mistakenly took a "bit of soreness" for granted and just may need a new hip as a result.
@CaryKelly11 Paul Mason video showed chondroitin arthritis pain relief was due to binding to lectins offsetting pain / inflammation caused by eg in night shades. I assumed Carnivore benefit due to avoiding lectins. Concept that fat consumption plays a beneficial role is super interesting!
@CaryKelly11 I’m in week 4 of mostly carnivore and my fibromyalgia pain has increased. At what point will it start to fade? Is there anything else I can do to speed it along?
