@cakesykay @CMerandi And that is not a sarcastic comment about ways to abuse or get high. I mean they are truely brilliant, inventive, objective, and thus have accumulated more wisdom and knowledge than most medical schools on opiaters. A lot of it could help patients too.

@cakesykay @CMerandi I have found that the top experts on opiates who actually understand their many layers and nuances enough to do things doctors wouldn't believe or understand is in federal prisons and usually called a Shotcallers or cooks.

@cakesykay @CMerandi But that information is so advanced that I doubt many people would even know what i was talking about. And certainly in 2026 not many people are listening or care to hear it. Opiates are so complicated and nuanced the space is fractured into madness.

@cakesykay @CMerandi 70h isolates with a half life of 90 minutes I know cause people to have to ingest very frequently so I suppose they could acheive some plateux effect at the receptor but not nearly as easily as you could with regular Kratom. And it would be hard early on to do out the gate.

@cakesykay @CMerandi Well all opiates do just not many like suboxone. Although you can alter the delivery to create a ceiling effect with an opiate like delivering it with a constant drip rate or through a patch which both essentially give you a consistent receptor saturation level.

@MagaGrunt1 The one problem is that this is a disaster for Dems and Mayor Bass who should lose to Raman if Spencer can bring his voters and advocate for their interest he could be a major force in this election. She was polling 18 points above him and he was the candidate she wanted in.
