So sad that ALICE STEWART has died. Although she worked for some of the most conservative Republicans - many viewed as extreme - she was a ‘straight shooter’. She knew you win elections by winning friends, not by defining enemies. She was one of CNN’s best commentators ever.

@MattWhitaker46 The biggest hurdle facing the NY prosecutor’s felony theory may be that all key indictment crime dates fall AFTER 2016 election. Their case may be viewed as stronger on its distasteful compelling facts than it is on the law.
