First look at detailed death analysis for Jan-June 2023 compared to the same time period in pre-pandemic Jan-June 2019 baseline. The trend continues. The 35-44 yr age group has highest percentage increase in all-cause deaths (29% above 2019), 28% increase in non-Covid deaths. The 15-34 year age groups also continue to have high % excess non-Covid deaths. Infants and oldest doing the best once again.
@COVIDData3 Did you strip out OD? Increase in fentanyl deaths could account for that at these levels.
@COVIDData3 These kind of percentages will lower the national average life expectancy and kick crap out of the actuaries calculations. Methinks 'Life insurance' is about to get a lot more expensive.
@COVIDData3 @EthicalSkeptic The oldest doing best is an artifact of the PFE . The younger Excess is partly related to increased Fentanyl deaths and murders. Death rates still low so it does not take much of an increase in deaths to bump the %. Not saying vax not involved but not all vax
@COVIDData3 Gen X fairing better on the delta than Y or Z. That’s odd.
@COVIDData3 @EthicalSkeptic Makes sense - there were a lot of small businesses owners in the 45-65 age range that did NOT get the 💉, nor mandate EEs to get it. And EEs of large corps in their low 60’s, close enough to retirement said 🖕I’m out. Now they’re not dying off at alarming rates.
@COVIDData3 Isn't this what they mean by depopulation?
