Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby’s injunction to play in 2026, makes Tennessee QB Joey Aguilar’s denial to play this season even more shocking 🍊 Sorsby, who placed at least 40 bets involving Indiana as a quarterback for the Hoosiers, has been granted an injunction to be immediately eligible for the 2026 season in a Lubbock County Court. Sorsby also used sportsbook accounts registered to family members and friends to wager roughly $90,000 over four years. Aguilar, who led the SEC in passing this past season, was denied an injunction for an extra year of eligibility in a Knox County court in early 2026. Aguilar was seeking eligibility to play a fourth season of D1 FBS football.

An Irish priest was transferred to Texas. Father O’Malley rose from his bed one morning. It was a fine spring day in his new west Texas mission parish. He walked to the window of his bedroom to get a deep breath of the beautiful day outside. He then noticed there was a jackass lying dead in the middle of his front lawn. He promptly called the local police station. The conversation went like this: “Good morning. This is Sergeant Jones. How might I help you?” “And the best of the day te yerself. This is Father O’Malley at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. There’s a jackass lying dead in me front lawn and would ye be so kind as to send a couple of o’yer lads to take care of the matter?” Sergeant Jones, considering himself to be quite a wit and recognizing the foreign accent, though he would have a little fun with the good father, replied, “Well now Father, it was always my impression that you people took care of the last rites!” There was dead silence on the line for a long moment……. Father O’Malley then replied: “Aye, ’tis certainly true; but we are also obliged to notify the next of kin first, which is the reason for me call.”

A farmer threw a dead pig into a well… and within a short time, seventy to eighty rats jumped in to feast on it. At first, everything seemed easy. The moment they saw food, they all rushed toward it. But after eating, they realized something terrifying… the walls of the well were too high and too steep to escape. Slowly, the food ran out. Hunger increased. And that same place turned into a battlefield. In a desperate fight to survive, the rats turned on one another. They started killing and eating each other alive. Days later, only ONE rat remained in the well. Its eyes were red like blood. Then the farmer lowered a rope, pulled the rat out, and released it back into the fields. Did the farmer feel sympathy for it? Absolutely not. The farmer understood something most people never will… That rat had now become addicted to eating its own kind. It would no longer search for grain. It would now hunt other rats instead. And THAT is what “divide and rule” really means. The people sitting at the top rarely fight each other. Instead, they create an environment where the people below keep fighting, hating, destroying, and consuming one another… while the real controllers sit back and watch the chaos unfold. Whenever two people are fighting each other, the benefit almost always goes to the third person… the one standing behind the curtain controlling the entire game. Understand the trap. Because if you don’t… you may already be inside the same well. Turn off the noise. Turn on your mind. ✌️🖤

Vol of the day: Tee Martin

In the summer of 1921 ten thousand armed men walked into the mountains of West Virginia. Black men and white men. Side by side. Shoulder to shoulder. On the same road going to the same fight for the same reason. That is the part of the Battle of Blair Mountain that history forgot to tell. The coal companies of Mingo County had spent years crushing any attempt at unionization with hired gun thugs, mass evictions, and the full cooperation of the state government. Miners who joined the union were fired and thrown out of their company houses with their families in the same day. Union organizers were beaten and murdered. The sheriff of Mingo County ran a private army on the coal company payroll. In August of 1921 the miners had enough. Ten thousand of them, a significant portion of them Black miners who understood better than anyone what it meant to have no rights and no recourse against men with money and guns, armed themselves and marched toward Blair Mountain to liberate the coalfields of Logan and Mingo counties. The coal operators called in private mercenaries. The governor called in the state police. The federal government sent the United States Army and military aircraft that dropped bombs on American citizens on American soil. The miners held Blair Mountain for five days before surrendering when faced with federal troops. They lost the battle. But the story of what happened on that mountain, ten thousand men of every color standing together against one of the most powerful industries in America, is one of the most extraordinary and most deliberately buried chapters in American history.
