Ambulance chasers please stay off our messages...many of us have pushed this cause from the outset, we don't need leeches jumping on the bandwagon now trying to get their teeth into settlement payments...hospitality needs every single penny of it!
Amazed to say we have a certain insurer beginning to pay out in the last few weeks...getting on for 3 years since we launched our industry wide crowdfund to raise awareness. If you should be paid and haven't then keep pushing!!

We are asking for anyone with a Tokio Marine policy to come forward. We are shortly instigating legal proceedings on behalf of a group of members and need as many people as possible to get behind this. Please DM your details.
Arbitration proceedings against Tokio Marine insurance set to take place in November. Lots of other litigation proceeding currently. We will not stop until all legitimate claims have been honoured.
The FCA have launched a useful tool helping people prove covid cases within a certain radius as is required by some policies covidcalculator.fca.org.uk only available on desktop browsers though so cut and paste onto laptop

We have a #QBE2 policy taken out in Feb specifically because of the known threat to #BI for a notifiable disease up to 25m which apparently isn’t valid even though they continue to take full premium.
