@verizon @verizonSupport reps are so frustrating I have to resort to this method as I’m at my wits end. All I want is a credit (as Verizon is liable to provide) for my trade in. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. I’m not calling anyone else or visiting a store.

Been trying to get my trade in credit ($800) since December and @VerizonSupport @Verizon has scammed me. This is not how you treat a loyal long-time customer. I no longer can afford to spend hours chatting or on the phone to go in circles with broken promises.

@VerizonSupport Just look at all the notes/cases on my account along with the screenshots I provided. There is no reason to speak any further. Just issue me my credit as originally promised when I upgraded my son’s phone. I’m sure Mr. Vestberg would not approve of this service. @VerizonSupport

Please just give me my credit as promised on multiple occasions. This should not be this difficult and I should not have to follow up multiple times. Jeez! Somebody please make this right. I am very disappointed at this point.
