@hamhammer27 Probably to do with administrative arrangements in decades prior, as only certain road types were fully state managed. There are a few hidden highway names for that reason, but those ones are commonly known by their common names. Chandler Highway for some reason by formal name.

@OperationalInc1 I find the seven client thing an unusual observation. It does mean repeat business is essential, which shouldn't scare a good consultant. It also means you need to have something for which there is repeated demand.

@OperationalInc1 Will be interested to see if any safeguards to prevent this just going into margins, not reduced prices. That might be less necessary in normally functioning markets, but this doesn't really seem like one.

@roodave Yes, means of validation (that instruction is safe) + means of communication (verbal with read back) both seem curious in air traffic control if viewed from other transport setups that grant permissions to proceed.

@retrobike_c16 @Llib7 The argument in the business case that there will be pressure to do something in this corridor regardless is one of the stronger parts of the investment case. But if my understanding is correct, the extent to which this addresses that, it should show in the economic analysis.
