@ZAGG_Support I'm trying to claim under a warranty a replacement for the 2m mophie iphone charger cable. The 2m version I bought is unvailable now and when I click on 'chat support', it says 'access not authorised'. How do I get the replacement cable? It only lasted 2 months.

@AmazonHelp Your 'account specialist' has accused me of 'multiple violations of the returns and refund policy' and suspended my account. To clarify, I have returned two (2) items in last 12 months to Amazon. Is it AI you're using?? I'd like my £50 gift card refunded, please.

@CloudflareHelp, I'm trying to figure out why you keep blocking my access to various websites, but I guess I should appreciate you're trying to prevent me from spending too much on Christmas presents. No, I'm not a bot and I can't click a website link a hundred times per minute.

@tescomobile @Kellyrmiss Frankly, the option to turn off my voicemail as the only way to make my phone ring longer is not acceptable. In the past, I've been recommending @tescomobile to others, but won't be doing that again; it looks like it may be time to move on.

@tescomobile @Kellyrmiss I have exactly the same issue, and the webchat agent told me just now there is a fault 'the team is working on'. It now appears @tescomobile is discriminating against its 'pay monthly' customers and those with mobility issues - why???

@NETGEAR. Your Powerline Adaptors are brilliant, but trying to set up the AC750 WiFi extender EX3700 aged me by 15 years at least... My laptop shows I'm connected to it, but WPA is not enabled and mywifiext.net rejects the connection. It's going back to the shop, sorry.
