60 Years Later: Rebirth of a North Hollywood Public Park. Laurel Grove Park --- north of Oxnard and west of the 170 freeway --- has begun the final phase of a $2.5 M upgrade in the previously known VICTORY VANOWEN PARK (171 acres of public park til 1962). Look for the opening.
