“It is perverse to tell a party not to attack the war machine of the aggressor while not delivering military aid to the victim. The administration’s pathological fear of escalation and of Ukrainian success is one reason for the death of so many Ukrainians.” thehill.com/policy/defense…
@BillKristol A pathological fear of escalation with a nuclear armed power that can destroy half of your own nation in less than 30 minutes if things spiral out of control, even if the escalation was due to accidents or misperceptions, is actually prudent.
@BillKristol Have you ever advocated for peace? What’s perverse and disgusting is your continuous warmongering despite still not having found those WMDs.
@BillKristol The problem is Jake Sullivan. You can’t have a lawyer as National Security Advisor dictating military policy as they will always look for reasons not to do something.
@BillKristol Kost Elisevich echoes your outrage in a piece posted Friday. He outlines the long path of misjudgements by Sullivan and othere, leading up to the current state 👇 Good read kostelisevich.com/2024/04/12/mis…
American leadership is passively supporting Ukraine. This approach is not helping Ukraine. How long you want to continue on the failed path? How many more human loss you want see? Russia is not going to go back until they drain American resources. This is their strategy. America is draining its resources without winning. We must change the current path and stop the war to save human life. Current administration is not willing to change the failed path. Is this too complex?
@BillKristol @BerndZiesemer And Scholz follows Biden in this. I find it difficult to understand and struggle to accept it.
@BillKristol As an American, I'm stunned and ashamed of the @WhiteHouse choices for Ukraine. We made a promise: #BudapestMemorandum @SenateDems @SenateGOP @JakeSullivan46
@BillKristol America has once again demonstrated to the world that they are a cowardly isolationist state, afraid to face a strong adversary. They only joined WW2 after Japan forced them to and when Nazi Germany was already cracking. Give Ukraine Patriots, F16s, A10s and Tomahawks now!
@BillKristol West deceived Russia regarding"not one inch west", the implementation of the Minsk Accords.Russia called for negotiation in 2021West acted in bad faith and discarded any talks West opted for a trial by combat, and lost.Justice is being served. And the penalties imposed are terminal
