Salad is supposed to be healthy & nourishing but when the cream becomes the main ingredient, the vegetables are just decorations. You don't have to stop eating it. Just use less cream or no cream at all😌

Just 1 tablespoon of mayo contains 90-100cals and sometimes we add 3-4 spoons in our salads, that's 300-400calories. At this point, your "salad" is closer to being a sugary drink than plain vegetables. You're not eating healthy, you're sipping oil in disguise!

@p_fiks777 If your organs aren't functioning well enough to "detox" you, a tea won't fix them. Detox teas contain laxatives & diuretics which can add more damage to the failing organs. If your body's natural filtration system is failing, GO TO THE HOSPITAL & SEEK MEDICAL HELP!

@p_fiks777 Not all, as far as I know, only potato & sweet potato skin are edible. And even when this skin contains green patches or sprouts, it should not be consumed because it contains a natural toxin, which is the case for most tubers. Cassava peel for example contains some cyanide....
