Here's a vicious cycle for ya: Wild bees are scarce. Farmers raise honeybees because they need pollinators. Honeybees are aggressive and territorial. That's why there are honeybees buzzing around my apple trees instead of orchard mason bees. Support native species!

Behold the Little Sac River Monster ("Bessie"), the Ozarkian cousin of the Loch Ness monster. She's much perkier nowadays after languishing for years in murky, polluted water. We planted lots of trees to clean up the river and it gets nicer every day. We do it for you Bessie!
