@aristomarinetti Our society sets us up for failure. Although I actively fight against it, I find myself in a trance going through the motions and constantly distracted. The cycle can be broken, but man it is difficult.
@nolimit_luke_ Very similar to my process but I leave my proteins in large containers and put together the meals I want each night with the premade food.
@paulb3rd @aquileschavez99 The lack of planning is why they look like crap. Honestly there is nothing more convenient than a 2 minute meal prep warming in the microwave.
@bryan_johnson Agreed. There are always risks and those risks need to be measured against objective benefits. That said, how do you parse out placebo effects from true therapeutics when there is no money to be made in this space by pharmaceutical companies and thus no large studies?
@LeilaHormozi I think the difficulty comes when you’ve outgrown your current group but haven’t found the new one.
@LewisHowes You shouldn’t need to sleep in. Adequate sleep should be the baseline and always a higher priority than grinding.
