Un agent 100% autonome, ça n'existe pas. Derrière chacun, il y a des guardrails, un comportement déterministe qui dit "non, pas ça". La confiance ne repose pas sur l'autonomie, elle repose sur la laisse, et sur celui qui la tient. Et c'est exactement ce qui rend la chose assurable. Parce qu'on n'assure jamais un comportement, on assure un résultat. Un humain change d'avis plus vite qu'un modèle, on l'assure quand même. L'assureur ne veut pas de la stabilité, il veut de la preuve: qui a décidé, et est-ce que tu peux le montrer. Or la preuve, c'est précisément ce que produisent les guardrails. La laisse laisse une trace. Donc le "100% autonome" n'est pas un progrès, c'est un risque que personne ne voudra porter. Sur ce qui coûte cher, tu garderas toujours une couche déterministe et auditable sur la décision. Sans elle, ni confiance, ni assurance imo

bon ducoup @Baptoshi s'est deter de fou et a dev une plateforme qui permet d'automatiser tout ça ça scrappe des pics pinterests en masse, puis tu selectionne ton produit et ça te crée toutes les ads jsais que y'a pas mal d'outil qui existant déjà mais on va essayer de faire un truc vrmt adapter a mes besoins et qui dcp jpense sera super précis pour ce dont les marques peuvent avoir besoin pcq l'ia ne peut pas TOUT remplacer, donc on va essayer de juste faire cqui marche vrmt bien on va continuer de vous build ca en public et voir si on le sort un jour ou pas

I tried it on my personal website (no real product, mostly just writing) without really knowing what I was doing. The result is actually pretty good. It lacks a bit of substance and the icons are a little too generic, but it's more than good enough for a first pass. Cost $18.61 1H29 (thats a bit long)

Why not attesting CEX positions via read-only API keys? Most tokenized vaults run their options or basis leg on a CEX (calls, puts, perps etc...), and onchain proof-of-reserves stops at the chain. Read-only keys would let you attest balances and open positions without touching custody. Basically an accountant, but for the off-chain derivatives leg

Totalement d'accord, c'est une aberration. Doctolib a un boulevard incroyable et sur le papier, ça devrait être une machine à cash. Le vrai problème, c'est leur modèle de GTM qui est resté 100% vente terrain. Des armées de commerciaux en physique, boostés à la com, pour vendre un SaaS à 150€/mois à des médecins. Le CAC est monstrueux pour ce qu'ils vendent. Aucun SaaS sérieux à ce stade de maturité ne scale comme ça. Tu prends n'importe quel SaaS US comparable, ils ont digitalisé 80% de leur acquisition depuis des années. Doctolib vend encore comme une boîte de logiciels médicaux des années 2000. C'est pas un problème de produit. C'est pas un problème de marché. C'est un problème de COGS et de refus de faire le vrai pivot GTM.

There is a recurring pattern in crypto markets.. A new primitive emerges quietly at the protocol layer, initially perceived as a niche innovation, and within a few years becomes the foundational infrastructure. Automated Market Makers did this for trading. Lending pools did this for on-chain credit intermediation. Ethereum is now converging toward a new primitive of similar magnitude: Permissionless, Programmable Vaults. @LidoFinance demonstrated that staking could operate at institutional scale. Lido V2 optimized capital efficiency through pooled exposure and abstraction of validator operations. However, this architectureintroduced structural limitations from an institutional standpoint: > capital was commingled, > risk was mutualized across participants, > and validator selection was abstracted away from the end allocator. This model maximizes efficiency, but does not align with institutional requirements around mandate control, counterparty selection, and risk isolation. Institutional allocators do not simply seek yield. They require granular control over exposure, clear segregation of risk across mandates, and enforceable constraints embedded within the investment structure itself. This is precisely where Lido V3 and stVaults represent a step-change. Instead of a monolithic staking pool, the system evolves toward a framework of dedicated, programmable staking vaults, where each vault can be configured with its own operational, financial, and governance parameters. At the vault level, participants can explicitly define: 1/ The validator set and infrastructure counterpartie 2/ The risk framework set by the curator 3/ And the access model, whether fully permissionless or restricted to a defined set of investors. This transition fundamentally redefines the nature of staking. Once staking becomes programmable at this level, a new set of institutional use cases naturally emerges. Segregated staking mandates can be constructed, allowing allocators to maintain direct control over counterparties and risk exposure. Staking positions can be integrated into broader capital structures, including collateralized financing strategies and balance sheet optimization frameworks. More importantly, staking yield itself becomes a predictable, modelable cash flow, enabling the development of on-chain credit products and structured yield instruments. The core shift is conceptual, but critical. Lido V2 made staking scalable and liquid. Lido V3 makes it programmable, segmentable, and structurally compatible with institutional capital.
