@milk_and_more Spent an hour trying to log into my account. Each time I try my account password I get refused entry. When I claim I have forgotten my password (which I haven’t) and supply a new password I’m asked to log in again, however the new password is not accepted! Help!

@canterburycc The properties in Nelson Road CT5 did not have a recycling blue bin collection on Monday 28th July despite your website saying otherwise! But you only allow individual properties to report the missed collection! The blue bins are still there waiting to be collected!

@DalerRowney just purchased a lovely Cotswold Easel. Great produce, but truly woeful instructions! To make the matter worse you have reviews going back 6 years telling you how inadequate your instructions are but you seem to have not learnt to listen to your customers concerns.

@UKPowerNetworks we live in CT51.. being told by neighbours on WhatsApp that power will go off soon due to planned maintenance! When we connected you your staff tell we will have been notified previously in writing - this is not true! There has been no such communication!
