If they truly feel there were serious failings(and there were), it is only right to reopen contract negotiations with players and discussed the terms proposed by players in good faith An apology is empty words

Obviously disappointing that there won't be rugby 7s in the commonwealth games but IMO it is an understandable choice Does this increase the likelihood of 7s squad players looking to make the RWC 2025 squads? 🤷🏻‍♀️

My main take away from WXV is that we are poised for a much less predictable tournament when the pressure of tournament rugby is on Achieving at a RWC is about peaking at the right time, handling pressure and taking your chances Can't wait

@yscrugby I'm not a fan of the 30 seconds for scrums, it is a vulnerable position for front rowers and they have to be comfortable and set, but that can be mitigated by referee application of the laws

The thing is, if your are only "not a dickhead" to your mates, it doesn't actually make you not a dickhead The putting of organisation before self, but having free reign to treat outsiders poorly is true of many hugely toxic groups

This is perhaps the most revealing, telling explanation of the infamous 'No Dickheads' policy we'll ever see. No issue bringing in a guy who beat up and threatened to kill a woman he just met, so long as he doesn't say anything mean to The Lads.
