@Verizon is very consistent in one thing: Their abysmal customer service. Every time I call, I can almost guarantee an hour with no resolution. Should have gone with AT&T.
@Verizon 90 minutes with a rep setting me up with 4 upgrades and I end up with 8 phone lines instead of 4 upgrades, and a monster bill. Complete trash. Do you train these people? About to switch to AT&T or really anyone else.
@xfinity is going full vintage and throwing it back to 1996 levels of internet service. Well done.

@MaytagCare "We appreciate the time you have taken to express your disappointment with the product and service. We regret that we have lost favor with you as a result of your experience." No, you really don't. We're talking $700 against a multibillion dollar empire.
@MaytagCare your response "At this time you will need to continue with the recommend repair" is not going to cut it this time. Feeling powerless against a corporate monster.
@MaytagCare you rely too much on your famous brand name. You really shouldn't take that for granted anymore. Your products are cheaply made and unreliable. Your "customer service" is a joke. I will say this again and again: NEVER BUY MAYTAG!
@MaytagCare I noticed you have a lot of other customers complaining of the same terrible service. It's as though you don't even listen, just simply cut and paste your boilerplate responses. I don't accept your hollow apologies. I'll accept a full refund.
@MaytagCare Also, your phone rep said the tech guy was supposed to call Maytag to clear all this up. Maytag said they didn't know why he was calling them. At this point, the only solution is a full refund or a brand new unit. Then I will go away.
@MaytagCare Tech said he'd never seen this problem before, but ordered a part that he THOUGHT might work. This is not good enough! You've probably spent the cost of a new dishwasher in service calls (6+). I've spent HOURS on the phone and WEEKS at a time w/o a dishwasher.

@MaytagCare Your crappy dishwasher has failed again. I'm losing count of how many times I've had to call and how many times the service guys have been out. This machine is a piece of garbage and the only viable solution is for you to replace it for me.
@TheMaytagMan used to be known for never having to come to your house for repairs due to the brand being so reliable. Now, he shows up every few weeks to "fix" a broken dishwasher, promising we'll never see him again. Gets old after 6 times. @MaytagCare @maytagband @MaytagSucks
