Just started an 8week mile training plan. Trying to break 4:30 this year
Starting to like the treadmill. The air in Utah has been so bad lately, I can't go outside.
Hate to post a self-screenshotted snapchat selfie, but wanted to show off my new treadmill!
Any advice on how to reach a runners high?
I'm just glad I know that if my family was attacked by bears while hiking. I wouldn't be the slowest, therefore I wouldn't die

Waking up this morning for school has got me down, but realizing it's one day closer to track season is uplifting
