I would encourage parents players athletes clubs/teams to look at their investment into the physical & mental development (weightroom) vs. Tournaments, events etc. One is a hope of progress/recruitment, the other is a guarantee of progress that can be seen felt & measured

If you’re serious about ⚾️ (& not playing a winter sport) you should be: -Living in the weight room & cage right now. -Tracking your weight & what you eat. -Killing it in the classroom. -Setting weekly, monthly & 3-month goals. -Following a schedule each day. Hope this helps!
Why did @arianamaxwell24 hit a 20lb PR yesterday? She's in shape. You will not see any progress, on and off the field, if you do not have a high level of GPP. GPP (level of fitness/"conditioning") is the foundation. For her warm up she smoked 3 x :90 rounds w/80lb sandbag.

College exercise science & kinesiology courses are missing the mark Nationally recognized certification courses are missing the mark If you can’t leave either of them w/ the knowledge to write a simple program… what are we doing? Less verbiage, more application
