@JoburgMPD please explain where all the JMPD officers are? As taxpayers, we are paying their salaries but I rarely see them, except at roadblocks where they are shaking people down for money. They don’t manage parking violators and they don’t man robots. What are they all doing?

@pepemarais I think the name “non profit “ is causing some confusion here. Non profit companies simply have no shareholders - it does not mean they should be run without good financial management.
