Because Minn has more ammunition to get ahead of Denver. If New England takes a QB at 3, Minn will outbid Denver for 4 or 5. If NE trades 3, Minnesota will outbid Denver. The only scenario in which Den winds up with one of those 4 QBs is if Minn trades to 3, and Den trades to 4

@AllbrightNFL You’re overly simplifying it. 1) WAS could trade back as well 2) NYG and LV are both in line for a QB and both offer more value than the Broncos
@BKtaffer Based on conversations I've had, Washington is not trading back and New York and Las Vegas are not trading up.
@AllbrightNFL @BKtaffer @TheMarcJohnNFL about to nail another prediction with a tackle
@AllbrightNFL @AsukalAspuria @BKtaffer Hey Ben, I know you said no trading up, but will the Raiders be looking at a Penix or another qb in the later rounds?
@AllbrightNFL @BKtaffer Why would NY not want to trade up?
@AllbrightNFL Clearly I need to start having more conversations
@AllbrightNFL @BKtaffer I already heard from Breer we asked about trading into the T3 It’s just if New England wants to trade down, which is unlikely
