@SportPsychTips I've often said with Coaching that there are 3 essential things to live by while competing in sport: 1) Stay Focused 2) Play Hard Every Moment 3) Be a Great Teamamte (support, attitude, and cheer) If these 3 things are accomplished, then you get an A+ athelte.
